Michele DeVille knows how to help people create exceptional lives at any age. Michele shows people that they too CAN find success in all areas of life including relationships, family, career, finances, health, spirituality, self-esteem and personal growth.
Michele believes that everyone has the ability to live a life of passion, purpose and significance. She helps people to explore and discover the important clues from within that can help to guide them towards a life of achieving their goals and dreams. One of the things Michele loves most is working with individuals to find the “why” behind behaviors and to help identify solutions offering a fresh perspective that truly makes a difference in the quality of their lives.
Michele’s compassion and the ability to inspire others is the result of a lifetime of learning, studying, business development and sales, tireless commitment to improve and change, personal development and an endless abundance of wisdom, life experiences and loss that she has ultimately turned into gifts to share with others. Michele is dedicated to inspiring change and helping people to live an exceptional life regardless of the past or how stuck they may feel.
She feels that her ability to be an effective coach requires a thorough understanding of her client’s unique situation, where they are today and where they want to be. Michele sees the greatness in people and recognizes how special and unique each client is. Michele has personally experienced the power of coaching and the transformation in her own life brought her from a very difficult place to finally living true to who she is. The changes in her life are profound and she is passionate about coaching and helping others to find more happiness, peace, success and joy than ever before.
Michele graduated with a BA in Psychology and went on to receive her certification as a Life Coach at the Adler Graduate School and as a Grief Counselor at Breyer State University. She completed additional training with Six Advisors Coaching, International Coach Academy, offers DISC Behavioral assessments and has attended countless seminars, training and meetings to further elevate her skills. Michele has also served as a volunteer Grief Counselor for Fairview and has dedicated time as a speaker for the SAVE organization.
Michele recently published her first book titled “The Path To Forgiveness” and is completing her second book for release in late 2010. She is also featured in “Live Inspired”, has written several articles and has shared her insight and expertise on radio interviews.
When not coaching, speaking or writing, Michele loves spending time with her family and friends, volunteering, traveling, meditation, reading and relaxing at the lake in Northern Wisconsin. She resides in Minnesota with her family.
