Dare to Grieve Retreat
Join us for an in-person grief retreat in beautiful Stillwater, Minnesota. Allow yourself to connect with fellow grievers, reflect, and take one step closer towards healing as we collectively explore the journey of grief.
Why A Grief Retreat?
A heartbreaking loss is life-changing and the journey of grief can be long, lonely, and exhausting. Give yourself permission to step away from the daily pressures of life and join an amazing group of fellow grievers to better understand grief, connect, process, reflect, and explore.
This one-day retreat will provide a safe space where you can be open and honest about your personal and unique experience with loss and grief. Give yourself permission to feel, share, and grieve without the unrealistic expectations, platitudes, or judgment that often come from a world that doesn't always show up for grievers in the way they need.
Together we will learn more about how loss and grief impact our daily lives, relationships, and sense of self. We will talk about the importance of self-care, sharing our stories, and normalizing grief. With compassion, we will collectively listen, support, and validate you, your loss, and your grief.
Who Is This Retreat For?
This retreat is for anyone seeking healing, support, and connection following the loss of a loved one.
This group of participants will be a diverse group of men and women who have lost someone to death at various ages and from many different causes. No two losses are the same but every loss matters and deserves to be grieved.
You will leave the retreat feeling less alone, better understood, and hopefully encouraged to move forward in life.
Are you feeling stuck in your grief and struggling to move forward?
Do you feel alone, misunderstood, and unheard?
Do you wish to connect with others who get it and understand?
Are you in search of renewed purpose, meaning, and hope?
Please note: At least six months needs to have elapsed since the time of your loss to best meet your needs. Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of the retreat.
